How toUse: Wet your face. Lather soap in the palm of your hands with water. Apply the lather to the skin and gently massage. Rinse clean with water and towel dry.

Precautions: For external use only. When using this product skin irritation and dryness is likely to occur depending on your skin sensitivity. If irritation occurs reduce the amount of time soap is left of the skin. It is recommended to begin by leaving the soap on the skin for a maximum of 30 seconds or as long as tolerable. If irritation continues, discontinue use and contact your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact with the eyes occur, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I’ve never used African soap but had heard good things. I found I had best results if I let it sit on my face for 30 seconds or so after lathering it on my face, then rinsing off with a face sponge or gentle loofa. My breakouts have improved pretty drastically and with the Shea butter my skin texture has changed and my pores are much smaller. I’ve been using it for about 2-3 weeks and I’m very happy. I will use this forever :)
