Refund policy

RETURNS 

Requests for returns may be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the order number, name associated with the order, and address in any correspondence with AfroProduct. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. 


To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@afroproduct.com. If your return is accepted,  items can be returned to the returned to us at your own cost. If the items were originally shipped to you free of charge, the original shipping amount will be deduct from your refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If an item you receive is defective or damaged. We will be happy to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customercare@afroproduct.com.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of return shipping.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If a reasonable period of time has passed and your refund still has not posted, please contact us at customercare@afroproduct.com.
